Indiana Continuing Education Requirements
Brokers who have been licensed for more than two years must take at least 12 credit hours of continuing education each year.
Continuing Education Year
Indiana’s continuing education year runs from July 1st through June 30th. The 12 hours referenced above must be completed during that time frame.
Managing Broker Eligible
Licensees with the Managing Broker designation are required to take 4 of their 12 hours of continuing education from courses that Indiana has identified as relevant to their additional responsibilities as managing brokers.
Newly licensed brokers are required to complete 30 hours of post-licensing education within 2 years from when their license was issued.
